With SCOPE Vault, you have the ability to have many different document types with specific fields you wanted captured. Whether you use a SCOPE Flow or SCOPE Create, the SolutionsCenter team will have the data ready to be presented to you broken out by document type into different databases. You have the ability to restrict access or allow temporary access to a group for these documents.

Document Search

With the ability to be able to have customizable search fields for your documents, SCOPE Vault makes it extremely easy to search on your documents. There is also a Keyword search function that will scan all documents via an OCR scan and locate keywords. Use the Picklist search screen to view all documents copied in from a spreadsheet, or the Super Search screen to search on multiple fields to narrow down your data lookup

Document Retrieval

When a search is conducted in SCOPE Vault, the data will be presented in a chart on the one half of the screen while the images will be presented on the other. Data can be sent out straight via email from the Vault to allowed users, comments and markups to be added to document sets, and label associate documents all while tracking the history to be viewed for auditing purposes. Also, users have the ability to combine PDFs together in the viewer and download new multi-page PDF's without needing any special programing
