Web Services
The most robust way to connect your documents and data to your ERP system is via a web service connection. This process allows for real-time communication between customer software solutions and SCOPE to populate necessary data or view images natively. *Requires IT support to build the bridge between systems
Application Program Interface (API)
The most common way that data is transferred between SCOPE and customer software solutions is via an API call. This is a file that is dropped onto a SFTP site in the proper specification for the other program to look and grab the file. This can be scheduled to happen at any frequency requested by the customer and requires minimal IT involvement
